OUR STORY
Nestled in the heart of San Marcos La Laguna, where the shimmering waters of Lake Atitlán meet the mystic hum of ancient volcanoes, our story began. This spiritual hub, alive with the vibrant energy of the creative souls within it, became the fertile ground where two ideas intertwined.
Do, with her innate ability to bring sense to chaos, is the grounding force behind Doama. She has a way of making people feel seen, heard, and deeply connected to themselves. She infuses every project with love, creating a space where our clients feel truly at home and deeply cared for. Her journey into spirituality began with her grandmother’s teachings, evolving through becoming a student of Las Piramides Del Ka and a deep love for the ancient wisdom of the world.
Amé, on the other hand, dances in the realm of creation. A seeker of beauty and meaning, her spiritual path has been a lifelong journey of understanding oneself and those around her. Her passion lies in taking abstract visions and giving them life, crafting visuals that capture the soul of a brand and stories that resonate on a deeply human level.
Together, we realized that we were surrounded by a unique tapestry of dreamers and doers—yoga teachers, cacao ceremonialists, astrologers, breathwork teachers and other out-of-the-box business creatives who make San Marcos hum with life. These visionaries had so much to offer the world, yet many expressed needing help with the practicalities of running a business.
That’s when Doama was born: a business designed to support the spiritual entrepreneurs who inspire us every day. We are not just business partners; we are two sincere and passionate humans who balance and uplift one another. Together, we fill the gap between vision and execution, blending the magical with the practical to help others shine.
