Our free 30-minute discovery call is where we first get to know each other.. Together, we explore your goals and ensure our values align. From there, we build a personalised proposal around your budget, scope and creative vision.
CREATION
After gathering all of your assets, we then begin to bring your vision to life. Our creative process is always adapted to your specific needs: as involved or hands-off as you wish to be. We always adapt to your natural working rhythm.
HAND-OFF
Once everything is approved, We deliver all your finalized branding assets, web architechture and backend systems, in an easy-to-use Google Drive Folder. Every build includes personalized video walkthroughs.

Yes, Doama offers a flexible monthly retainer that covers backend maintenance, site troubleshooting, and rolling design updates for spiritual businesses. Our monthly packages are designed to scale dynamically with your operational volume. You can scale up your retainer tier during heavy launch cycles and downgrade during quieter months to keep costs aligned with your business flow.
Doama builds, migrates, and maintains websites on WixStudio, Squarespace, WordPress, Framer, and Kajabi. While we work seamlessly across all major platforms, complex custom builds on code-heavy engines (such as advanced WordPress setups or custom Kajabi portals) require higher technical build investments.
A complete launch, covering brand identity, website development, site copy, and backend setup, typically takes 4 to 8 weeks from start to finish. This timeline allows space for deep alignment, thoughtful design, and seamless execution without rushing the creative process. Need a faster turnaround? We offer accelerated builds for tight deadlines. Expeditated projects carry a higher investment due to the intensive schedule, and they require both of us to be in close, daily communication to keep decisions moving swiftly.
We adapt entirely to your preferred working rhythm. After an initial onboarding call to collect your assets, preferences, and credentials, you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like. Some clients prefer to review every step, while others hand off creative steering completely. Every build includes two built-in revision rounds to refine every detail to your liking.

Yes. We provide rolling creative support under our monthly retainers to help bring your social media presence to life if it is agreed upon in the scope of work. When you send us your raw media, photos, or clips, we translate them into branded carousel slides, custom graphics, announcement assets, and edited short-form videos. We focus on turning your raw ideas into polished visual assets that match your branding's exact feel, without you having to spend hours inside design software or video editors.
