1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT USAGE
 

  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or purchase our Services. By using this site, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.

  • User Accounts: Users are not permitted to create accounts on this website. All transactions and communications are processed directly through our secure third-party integration systems (Wix).
     

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USE OF CONTENT
 

  • Our Intellectual Property: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, brand names, code, layout designs, and media, is the exclusive property of Doama and is protected by United Kingdom intellectual property laws.

  • Permitted Downloads: Any materials explicitly marked as a "freebie" or made available for free download may be downloaded and used for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • Portfolio Rights: Doama expressly reserves the right to showcase, feature, and display any visual layouts, websites, graphic assets, video edits, or promotional copy created during the delivery of our Services within our professional design portfolios, case studies, and social media channels for marketing purposes.
     

3. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND TOOLS
 

To deliver our Services, we utilize various third-party digital tools and platforms depending on your specific project needs. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Web & Design: Wix, Framer, Squarespace, Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut).

  • Operations & AI: Google Workspace, Google Drive, ChatGPT, Notion.
     

We do not own or control these platforms. Your final product or infrastructure may be subject to the separate terms and conditions of these third-party providers.
 

4. FEES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND PAYMENT TERMS
 

  • Currency & Billing: All payments are securely processed through Wix’s native payment infrastructure.

  • Payment Schedules: Services may be billed as a single full payment or via recurring subscription models as outlined in your individual service agreement.

  • Non-Refundable First Payments: Any initial down payment, deposit, or first invoice payment is strictly non-refundable.

  • Subsequent Payments and Cancellation: For any recurring payments or ongoing milestones, if you wish to cancel or discontinue Services, you must notify us in writing via email at least 48 hours before the payment due date. Once a payment has been successfully processed, it is entirely non-refundable.
     

5. DELIVERY OF SERVICES AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
 

  • Payment-Before-Delivery: All deliverables, graphic assets, strategy sheets, video edits, and website transfers will only be officially handed over once full, verified payment has cleared our system.

  • Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: If a client initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or clawback mechanism through a bank or payment processor, Doama will immediately halt all current project operations. No further services will be delivered, and access to any pending digital assets or collaborative platforms will be restricted until the dispute is resolved.
     

6. FINANCIAL AND PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMERS
 

  • No Guarantees of Financial Outcomes: Doama provides strategic business assistance, virtual admin support, graphic design, web development, and video editing. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, that the utilization of our Services will result in specific client acquisition numbers, revenue increases, or business growth.

  • Financial Liability: Any business decisions made based on our work or strategies are done entirely at your own financial risk.
     

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
 

These Terms, your use of our website, and any disputes arising out of the purchase of our Services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom to resolve any legal matters.
